I am a mental health professional with nearly twenty years of experience supporting adults from all walks of life – including business owners, leaders, first responders, and health and mental health professionals.
I help clients navigate burnout, relational complexity, and the lingering effects of trauma through an integrative approach tailored to each individual.
My work draws from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic Experiencing, and Psychodynamic therapy, allowing us to explore both the body and mind, uncover underlying patterns, and build sustainable strategies for balance and resilience.
